what quad is good for it and what would i need to do to it and what kind of terrain do you go through thanx

 

a 250r is good for xc.........and you go through every terrain imaginable, mud, rocks, woods, feilds.......ect

 

It totally depends on what class you want to run in... woods racing is more tailored to you, than you to it... EFG's suggestion is good, but there are many more... the Polaris Preditor works well, so do the Cannondales... the new Yamaha ripper ( sorry not a Yamaha guy, don't remember what the new one is called ) ...DUH... ( yfz 450, in YAMWARRIOR101's sig. ), the KFX 400 & the Automatic V-Force 700 from Kawasaki work well for the people that like them... I personally like to race in the utility class on my 650 Prairie...Hope this helps...WAM

sure a warrior would work......it looks like u already have the setup u need for xc too.

 

XC racing, it's the most fun you can have with your pants on! You meet great people. I made several friends at my first race. Everyone was real helpful too. At far as bike set-up, tires etc. . Yea a Mojave will work. At our club races we do a dead engine start, so you might need to practice. Your Kawies fine for the woods so get out there. Later Joe Aka 'Jellyroll"
