I race district 3 motocross in central New York.I haven't been to all the tracks on the circuit but these are the ones I know about:
Motomasters, Mexico NY
Thunderidge, New Berlin NY
Hickory Hill, Granville NY
Frozen Ocean, Auburn NY

More stuff I found near you but never been to:
MT. Pleasent MX, Woodbine,NJ
ATCO MX Atco NJ

You shouldn't be too far from one or more of these.
