TT National results??? What happened???

TT National results??? What happened???
I was just looking at the TT National Results. There was a kid named Cain Rogers from Sparta, TN that ran with me in 4st B on a Cannondale. The kid was fast!!!! He won every race that he entered.
A couple weeks ago, he was leading 250B and 4stB. Today, he's not even on the list.
Does anybody know what happened? Did he get protested and found guilty and deleted? If so, what happened?
Just curious.....
