300ex woods racer?
#1
I ride a 300ex, and my friends ride: Banshee's, 400ex, scrambler 500, and lots of dirtbikes. Now, all of those machines will beat mine in a drag race..but i dont care about that, what gets me is that they say my machine is goodfor nothing and way to slow. I always want to get them to the xct Cross country track, but they wont go with me. Do you think that my 95' 300ex with: Suppertrappe pipe, suppertrappe silencer, Baja skids, XCT holeshot tires on douglas .190 rims, Dg nerf bars, dg bumper and roll bar, K&N air filter, Trail PORTING, 3 angle Valve job, COmplete gasket set, Varsha clutch kit, and cylender bore about 10cc, And Weisco High Prof piston.....NOW: do you all think that I should worry about not keeping up on the wooded tracks? The banshee is the only machine with modifications (and it has lots: Duncan National Engine..), but he has kinda a hard time on the trail. But Do you think those guys will be makin fun of my machine after they see it in the woods? Does it sound like a decent setup for woods racing? thanks guys

You have the friends that think they are cool because they are faster. Well go make a trail nearbye and race down it. Everyone around here makes fun of my heavy polaris. But its kinda of funny when i can beat them on the trails that they made. I have beat thing from a mojave 400ex ds banshee and dirtbikes. in my opinion its all the rider.
BTW you do have a go set up for woods racing.
