ICALLED TODAY TOCHECK ON MY MOTOR THAT I HAVE WAITED ON FOR OVER 1 YEAR AND SCOTT AT SPARKS RACING TOLD ME THAT CURTIS HAS NOT BUILT ONE IN A LONG TIME. WELL F_CK , WHY COULDNT HE HAVE CALLED ME MANY MONTHS AGO AND TOLD ME THIS INSTEAD OF WAITING THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET MINE THIS MONTH. HE'S F_CKING SORRY FOR SOME ONE WHO WAS MOTOR BUILDER OF THE YEAR LAST YEAR. IF U WANT ONE FROM CURTIS SPARKS YOU ARE WASTING UR TIME ,UNLESS UR SHANE HITT AND THEN HE HAS SOME ON THE SHELF FOR HIM. WHAT A A__HOLE. I HAVE BEEN HOLDING $2500 FOR OVER A YEAR FOR THIS AND ITS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE. SUPPOSE ILL BE CALLING ESR.

 

Ya dosent that just **** you off when people do that. One time i was going to look at a quad racer and when i got there (3 hours one way) Then when I said i wanted it. "ow im sry but i already told soembody i would give it to them" WTF? And i said a few other things, but cheer up bud. to me sparks isnt that great. Im asuming you have a 250R. ESR sells a 330 bolt on kit for 900 bucks. and a 310pv for like 1200. But if you think sparks is bad then dont go to ct

 

Trinity took my money and only build my 440ex half a$$. They screwed me out of $700 bucks. I hate how some engine builders treat customers. They need to learn some customer service or someone else is going to take their business. Don't try Trinity.

 

OH I WOULDNT EVEN THINK ABOUT TRINITY OR CT.

 

Somebody needs to teach me how to build motors and I could open up my own shop. I can assemble, but I don't have mod experience.

Sparks is busy making a killing on suckers with 4 strokes. Call Sparks and price an all out race 4 stroke build up..... It's serious $$$, and they are making double what they were making on 2 stroke stuff.

In my mind Sparks is a selfish pr!ck! He insists on personally doing all the cylinder work. You won't get a powervalve unless he feels like doing them. Not even a penny of my money will ever go anywhere near Sparks.

Unfortunately, 4 strokes are the future of quads. Refusing to do the 2 stroke stuff while we can still ride them is a he!! of a way to treat customers. Just get on my list, and wait to see if I get in the mood to do a powervalve for anyone at all....... Maybe he's a tree hugger and wants the 2 strokes to die....

Take your money to LRD or ESR.....

 

If anyone is interested I'll take your money and mess up your motor...however there is a year long waiting list

WHEN I ORDERED IT HE TOLD ME I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR IT UP FRONT SO I DIDNT.IF I HAD PAID FIRST AND HE TOLD ME THIS I WOULD HAVE TAKEN A PLANE RIDE UP THERE AND BEAT THE **** OUT OF HIM AND GOT MY MONEY BACK. IT WOULD MAKE ME FEEL BETTER.

 

That probably should be clarified. Sparks isn't taking any money to get on the powervalve list. Just your name and number. I think it's almost to the point of having to get on a list to get your cylinder ported by Sparks as well.

If he wants to put all of his time into 4 strokes, then train someone to keep the 2 stroke stuff going....
