Hello all. I'm curious. When drag racing my banshee, when should I shift? Is it in the middle of the pull, or the end? And 5th and 6th felt like they did nothing for me, is that because of the higher gears?

Thanks,

Jason

Whether it be true or not, the 2 into 1 pipe is not very good for drag racing. It gives you better low end for track riding, but does not rev like other pipes so that may be why 5-6 th gear do nothing for you.

Yeah, Jenny, you're probably right. I was racing an 87 rm250..and if I could get off fast enough I wouldn't get passed till top of fourth...not too bad I guess.
