Bogging and Sputtering

Ok, I took my 250r out to the track to test out some new shocks. At first it was running awesome, but then after a couple laps, it really started bogging down in the whoops, like it was out of gas, but it wasnt out of gas. This I didnt worry about TOO awful much, but then it started doing it every time my front end was pointed down it would just lose power for a second or so then it came back, but when it lost that power I usually was out of the powerband after that and so that kinda scared me that I would go for a big double or something, bog and never get the front end up. We all know what happens then.
So...what is causing it to bog? Is it the carb flooding itsself out? I have read that a Boyesen Float Bowl will fix this, or a carb vent system. Will these work? Thanks

Thats what it has to be I am thinking. I thought at first maybe it was the fuel foaming or something, which is what the Boyesen Float bowl is supposed to prevent, but yesterday it ran like crap too, then finally died and would not restart. I will take the carb apart and clean it and see if that helps.
Thanks
Thanks
