the cr 500 will surprise you. a cr 500 can easily run 100 mph with the right gearing. even with stock gearing the cr500 will be so far ahead after it tops out that the mustang wont be able to catch it.
in the 1/8th mile the 450 sport quads will put a whooping on about any car thats is street legal "camaros, mustangs, corvettes, ect"

MUSTANG. For one he said they would both be stock. You all keep talking about gearing the bike. If the bike gets gears then so does the Stang. You will have to gear up the bike. And the Stang will gear down. You also figure the bike will have to shift through all the gears, the Stang will not go past 3rd in the quarter. Then the bike has even less of a chance. As far as the bike taking the Stang off the line, I don't think thats gonna happen either. You can dump the clutch on the car and go, especially if you heat the tires up first. Have you ever dumped the clutch on a dirtbike on pavement? Yeah, thats gonna hurt when your laying on your back on the pavement! Anyways, not trying to make the arguement worse. Thats just my 2 cents.
