not trying to knock your quad, but I would get alot more power like a bigger quad before worring about a swingarm. But to answer your question I dont know of any swap over you could do, proball have to go aftermarket.

i built the quad.... its pulling about 35hp at the fly wheel.. i race enduro... and MX... im looking to extend it out b/c the bike doesnt fly right in the air.. also dont launch good neither! i think it has plenty of power for what it is....

keep in mind that for MX if you go longer you will be losing some of your handeling. It wont turn as quick, most guy go -1 for MX, this changes the center of gravity and pust more weight on the rear wheels and gives more traction and better turning radius.

yes very true but there not dealing with a 250x neither! this bike has a real problem with quick turns and launching! i went with a +3 i instaled it on the bike last night going riding this weekend! so i will let yall know if i like it better

you can have someone extend the stock swinger. a lot of the banshee guys do it.
and the 250R is a LOT longer than the 250X
wheelbase...
88-89 250R is 50 inches
86-87 250R is 51 inches
all years 250X is 44 inches
