Default Recon exhaust and suspention question

When you removed the rack did you remove the front bumper too? if so thats why it slides just remove the top part like the parts of the rack that go down through the plastic that are bolted to the frame, and part of the rack bolted to the stock front bumper.

I do some muddin.

higher does make it more top heavy and it may tip,if you add a 2" lift add some 2.5" durablue wheel spacers to help keep it level.

i think you and i may be trying to make our recons do something diifrent yours is a sport quad, and mines a mudin machine Is it hard to put wheel spacers on? And would the recon be able to pull mudlites on all four rims with out boggin down?

Default Recon exhaust and suspention question

Its really easy to add wheel spacers and it should be able to pull the mudlites with out bogging,my recon use to be a mud bogger i had it snorkeled and lifted it 2" higher, im thinking of doing that again for a little while,if i had 2 recons, 1 would be a sport recon and the other would be a mud boggin recon.

the stock snorkel that comes out of the air box and goes beside the gas tank get a long vaccume hose about 4 or 5 feet long replace the little stock snorkel with that and run it up beside the gas tank and mount it on the front rack with the end of the hose in the air.it handled ok just try to keep it from going on its side.i dont have any pics of it, sorry.
