Was wanting to watch some racing, but was told the quads run on Monday. Is this true, and why do they do this instead on Saturday and Sunday?

the Okechobee race is Monday and Tuesday instead of Saturday and Sunday. The quads run on Monday and the bikes on Tuesday.
