Well, the Full Moon Series at Badlands is starting to wind up(2 races left), and my R is still screwed up, so I'm looking for another series. I plan on riding in the Will Rogers Arenacross, and hopefully the FMF/Honda of Houston Winter Series. Anyone else around me have plans to ride this winter???

The only reason I know about this series is word of mouth, and our local track has the AX on their calendar. You can visit AMA's website and find your district, then check the tracks in your area.

I belive you are S.O.L. on both those races. In all the years past, quads have not run amature day at Arenacross. Also, in years past the quads have not been on the list of classes for the Winter Series. I posted Mr. Miller who owns/runs Freestone Raceway to see if the quads are invited to his Thanksgiving race or the Winter Series. I have not heard back yet. If I here from him and it is good news I will post it on my site. Later!

Can't say I have any saddle time in an LSR chassy. I envy you though. I'm still trying to get mine back together!

just built it last month. got two practices on it so far. the pep zps shocks are great, worth every pennie( a bunch of pennies to be sure)the no-link seems to work pretty good at soaking up the big landings. a little choppy in the small ruff stuff. corners well. had a bad time with the lsr air box. have to use there air box($375). stock honda will not work. i'll keep you posted on how it holds up. i would like to put a yz426 in the chassy. never riden a high performance four stroke before. they sound really cool. lol airtime

I have played on a guy's LS 250R with PEP ZPS. I thought it was extremely stiff. But from what I know of them, to get that suspension to work at full potential, you have to really be cranking on the bike. He hopped on a guy's 400ex that was set-up with TCS SCS and he liked them better than his PEP. And trust me, this guy rolls on his R. I would love to score a clean R. K&K has some sweet bikes for sale, but I do not seem to have 18G's laying around!! Good luck at the ArenaXross airtime!
