I am trying to find out some info. Does Joe still do this? If so, how much and how long is it? where is it located? Has anyone in here attended it? Also some contact info would help me out. Thanks in advance, Chris

As far as I know he does do this still. He is nursing a very bad shoulder injury thought and may not be able to ride aggresively at this time. I also know in the past he has met people at the nationals and spent a day riding with them. I do not have a contact # but I am sure somebody here would, or you can talk to him at any national and set it up then.

I have a friend who went to his school two years ago and said that it as the best thing hes ever done! He said it cut LOTS of time off his lap times, and made him an all around better racer. And he finished 11th last year in open A!

I spoke to Joe Byrd the other night and he is a real cool guy! The course is a 2 day course and cost $200 + food and trasportation. He told to come like you are going to race. Bring your gear, tires, tools, and coolers. His track and home is 2 hours west of Loretta Lynn's. I'm going in July, maybe June.

I havent gotten around to calling him yet, good thing Lurch is more motivated than I am. What did he say about sleeping arangements, is that up to us? Also how does he handle the course-one student at a time, or a group of riders all at once. I would imagine that teaching a group would be very difficult with them all having different experience levels.
