RACEREX,

Look on the top spring on your shocks. Inside the spring there may be several aluminum spacers. I'm not sure if dual rate works have them. If their in there they are what is making your clicking noise. As long as weight is on your quad the spring is compressed agains them. Pick the front of you quad up off the ground and they should become loose inside the spring. That is what makes the clicking noise. When you hit a jump or bump the clicking is when the spring compress them all back together.

Of couse this all depends on if you have the spacers (crossovers) inside that top spring.
