Does anybody know what the record is for a quad in an 1/8 or even 1/4 mile asphalt drag race?....

If not a record, what is the fastest times you have seen quads run in the 1/8 mile? We have a guy here in NC with a Banshee running a 929cc crotch rocket engine on NOS. He runs consistent 6.40s which I have seen him do without sprayin, but have heard about him running as good as 5.90s while spraying..... Im sure this isn't the fastest. But I do think its impresive.

 

theres a gut name chuck wilburn that has the record for a banshee it runs 5.80's at 105mph. its a banshee motor not for sure what size. he has a site if you can't find it email me and i'll send you a link.
