Does anyone know where TT or dirt oval racing in the midwest is? I have heard of Lawrenceburg, IN and Mitchell, IN but cannot confirm. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Nick

 

There is some TT races in Lawerceburg, IN in the summertime, and there is quite a few MX races at the county fairs around that area, I race Franklin and ripley county. Also I race the IOK gravelrama races In fact there is one April 2, 2000. I'll be there for that one. Can't wait to see all of my friends 440ex's whip any new Ds650 that shows up.

AMA District 17 in Casey IL has a few TT races through the season.
I can get the dates for them if you'd like.

 

One of the best, maybe the best, TT race tracks in the US is Ashtabula Ohio. They only race there twice a year I think. The track is only for 4-wheelers. It is not just a course snaking through the infield of a 1/4 mile oval, but an awesome man made course comprised of a long straight, jumps, 180 degree turns, off camber turns and a wild bowl turn. Hi yes Lawrenceburg has oval dirt track races every friday night throughout the summer starting at the end of May through September..check it out if you get the chance we have a lot of fun

 

Thanks for the info on Lawrenceburg, I emailed the track site (1/4 mile site) and they emailed me all of the info concerning the little track. So if anyone needs more info on L-burg, email me and I'll forward you the info.

 

yes it is a cool track,i live in kinsville ohio,about 5 minutes from the track.i go and camp there and watch but i race dirtbikes so i cant race.i might race the enduro on my dads honda 350x motor in a 250x frame this year.your right they have races at the end of june and july.bud fischer(guy who owns track)is the one who works on my cr 80.
