I own an 05 TLD predator and I have raced a YFZ450 and a 660 raptor and I beat both of them. I beat the YZF by a good amount and my atv is stock TLD. My friend has his YFZ jetted and piped... I was really surprised I beat him. I didn't know how it would compare to the other atvs. I was pleasantly surprised. And he was a good rider. He got the jump on me, but I caught back up to him and passed him. I am not hear to argue which is better or anything, but I know what my atv did... The predator isn't slow by any means. However, it does have its flaws like any other atv out there...

 

Hmmm man, I was just sitting here the other day and I was thinking, I sure do hope somebody digs up that Predator vs Banshee thread that is like 9 months old......

 

i have a 1989/1996 banshee. i ride all trails, i am gonig to get new suspension, cauz the stocks sucks, i have races ds650's and won. the only mods i have is vitos pistons, and toomeys. banshee will win any day. and you are talking about 349cc banshee vs. a 500cc predator. 500cc banshee vs 500cc predator, that would be a good one.
