i wouldn't mind trying a backflip if i know someone would buy me a new quad. i have started my own kicker but it is only 21 feet and needs extended. quad999, how is it hitting a 100 foot jump? my cousin made a 120ft tabletop and we are going to try it out this weekend.

First of all I'm not much for big jumps. I mostly stick to MX and CC, the biggest jump I have hit was only 70ft. My buddies are the ones into big jumps and freestyle. I don't have any picts of the ramp yet but I will try to get some. I would like to post some picts of the ramp and some of us riding, but I dont know how, if any one knows how to post pictures please let me know. We rode this weekend, the camera crew didn't show saturday, the came out sunday but we had 40mph winds so the jumps were kept to a minimum. we plan on filming more over Easter vacation.

No thats not me. The whole Easter vacation It rained hard 3 out of the four days, so we didn't get out riding untill monday. We didn't film at all, there was only 4 of us who went riding, and most of the day was spent wrenching on our quads. Our first race of the season is next Friday and we all go away to college for the rest of the week so we dont have any time to work on them. So when we get home Friday we head up to the races right away. But we got in some good watter skipping, and we got kicked out of 2 out of the 3 pits we went riding in today. We also built a landing ramp out of dirt 15ft tall and 25ft long. Maybe next weekend we will have some film, but remenber its going in a movie I dont want to give away all our footage. I will try to get some pictures taken and posted, but with college, racing, work, and ameture baseball its hard to find time to be on the computer when I'm only Home 2.5 days a week. Later

Had our first race last night. We had 5 guys racing with us. There was about 30 quads there. Daryl Rath was there. In first heat of Open three of our guys were in it. Lots of bad luck. #32 on his 404 banshee got second off hole but cased a dubble hard and hurt his wrist and chin bad so he was done for the night. #9 (265R) hit the gate off the start and was dead last but came all the way back to take third. #00 (350R) was in 5th and moving up when his chain snapped. #9 was the only Quad hitting the 75ft tripple. In the second heat of open, I was in it (400EX), I got 6th off the hole and moved my way up to third by the second lap. On the second lap my axle snapped in half and I was done for the night, I was mad!! But I got my money back for Quad Pro. Rath was also in the second heat and he got 4th. I was ahead of him when I broke. In the third heat of Open #31 was in it he got 4th off the hole on his banshee but got tired and faded to 7th. I Pro the top 5 moved to the final. In the first heat #00 got 3rd place. In second heat of Pro #9 got 5th but was in 3rd befor the first of his few bad crashes. In the quad Open finals #00 got second, #31 got 4th, and #9 was passing for first but crashed bad and hurt his wrist and took last. I think Rath won his Final in quad Open. In the Pro final #00 and #9 both qualified but #00 blew out a radiator line and we didn't get it fixed in time to make it to the line. And #9 Didn't race because his wrist, leg and back were hurt from his 2 crashes, but he was tempted to just go out and hit the tripple. Rath ended up winning the Pro final. We had our share of bad luck last night, but we got one podium, when we should of had about 5 or 6. Hopfully we got our bad night out of the way.
