That's fast. It's 1 mph faster than a stock Ranger RZR S which is alraedy fast. I wonder how long it will take someone to make something even faster? 70mph? 80 mph?

That's pretty cool. Lets see the RZR S is how much lighter and has about 800cc with a twin cylinder engine compared to a Rhino 700. and it only goes 1 MPH faster?

I don't know how much difference there is in the weight because Trinity Racing didn't say how much theirs weighs. Before mods it's 1124 and the RZR S is 1/2 ton. Only 124 pounds difference dry weight. Of course a race prepped 734 running 91 octane is faster than a stock 760 running 87 octane. If it was in something lighter it would be even faster. If that's not enough engine there's a Rhino 770 kit too. I just hope bigger faster ATVs and UTVs don't give polititians an excuse to outlaw everything. I didn't expect the RZR S to lose it's title as fastest UTV right away but the Rhino takes the crown. I give it props for that. They both go way faster than I can ride on trails but should kick a$$ at Baja. I'm sure someone will hop up the RZR S pretty soon and maybe the Prowler too. Arctic Cat is already being sued because of rollover accidents so I don't think they'll be trying to make it go faster but someone else will. If they're seen as being too dangerous they'll get banned like 3-wheelers.

And a stock Rhino goes how fast?

Lets see that Rhino take on a 51" trail.

Not taking anything away from what Trinity has done to it, but we see a video that takes it down a path that could pass for a dirt road in a lot of places I've been. What's the point of the advanced suspension? My Ranger can go down that road, and it's about as low end as you can get.

Lets see it out in the woods, or in the sand.

I think it was 42 mph stock. It took some work to get it up to 64.

Let's not mention the 2500 in engine parts you'll have to buy too. And then there's the suspension they used, and the stock suspension you'll have.

Oh, then you have to have those parts put in.

Geesh, buy a joyner.

(inside joke)

Well you have two choices. Get a RZR. Or get something sad and pathetic, and put a lot of money into it to try to make it perform like a RZR. I was impressed at the gains they made over stock but not impressed with how it compared to the RZR S. It was 7 mph faster in dog time. I was thinking something like wow that's really cool, and, that sucks, at the same time.

The 2009 polaris RZR-S is Awsome I just picked mine up on friday. I hit 69 mph down hill. This thing handles like a dream and is pretty quick... Riding it around my block is just teasing me, I cant wait till I get a chance to hit up the dunes.

The big front cover picture and story on UTV Magazine is the RZR S. It says, "SIMPLY THE BEST Polaris' New RZR S Raises Sporty UTV Riding to A New Level." I think they're right. There's a new Prowler 1000 too which surpried me. I guess Arctic Cat doesn't mind getting sued for accidents. If these two had the kind of mods Trinity did on the Rhino they would blow it away. I guess that would make the Rhino third fastest stock and third fastest modified too. The only UTV that I can legally take on trails in Michigan is the standard RZR, not the RZR S or anything else. It woild still be nice to get all of the others out in the open and see what they'll do.
