the chain Had to have been anchored to the chair somehow. Like on the otherside of his head. Though the Axel coming off is awesome.

Looks to me like the axle was being held on by only the chain, which broke way too easy....... Notice how slow the guy pulls away? That's probably because the axle is not even bolted on or its held on with duct tape or something...lol......
