ATV Deer spotting

This is why you always pay attention and look ahead because you never know what is going to run out. I had a bear run right across the trail as well and I almost **** my pants (lol) but my gopro was so fogged at that point you couldn't even see anything. (of course)
Anyway heres the video. Open in youtube for HD

Try using some RainX windshield wash fluid. It helps the lens stay clear from dust and fog.
Was out yesterday and saw lots of deer too. A few years back I came around a corner doing around 35 up in Jackman, ME to discover a moose standing in the middle of the trail. Had just enough time to stop...

A friend of mine had a bad accident a few years ago hitting a deer with his quad. His injuries weren't life threatening but hitting a buck at 55 mph sure hurts a lot. Broken shoulder and a lot of cuts and bruises. The Grizzly didn't appear that hurt at the time but found out later the frame was bent. Even the plastic wasn't all busted up, just severely scuffed and the racks were bent. It never was quite right after that.

yup, trail riding can be scary **** at times because you never know what could run out when you're going at high speeds. Glad he was okay though. A Quad can always be fixed or if not it can be replaced, better the quad than him.
