figured I show how we spend our summers in california its a '85 crusader open bow jet boat powered by a 454 chevy with berkley jet and hyd place diverter which throws up good roost

We are the same way... too hot to ride in the summers here (unless it's a night ride), so you will find us on the water 3 or more days a week.

Can you tell me if Belmont boats is still in business there in Fresno (owner at the time was Lynn Weeks)? I ask beccause I used to build a modified 20.4' Belmont (which I had a hand in modifying) for Challenger boats in Michigan, before they sold their business in the 90's.

 

Thanks Dande belmont boats is still in business more of a repair place than custom builder anymore. have meet the owner about 3 yrs ago but for the life of me can't remember his name. Do you do alot of boating? We used to go to pine flat everywkend or millerton but it cost so me $200 to go out my boat will go thru 15-20 gallons. We started going out to the mendota slough its a lot closer and way smoother plus I can go up to 3 times on the same amount of fuel as one time to pine flat.
