what made you narrow it down to these two? if i had to choose and wanted to be fast, id go with the Banshee for sure.

I had the same dilemma as you...however with the style,performance..and for the market of modifications..I went for the banshee for 800.00 considering..you put some pipes, jets and a k&n filter..I dont think the raptor would have anything on a banshee.

you'd be suprised. a piped raptor vs a piped banshee is fairly even. ive raced both with those mods.

I guess it all depends on the driver as well..and weight factors. Imo..I'd pick a 2 stroke over 4 stroke anyday...also remember the extra cash you have to spend on the raptor vise versa with the banshee.

Just my .02

i think rider has a lot to do with it as well. i raced (hill racing, Sand) a banshee with pipes filter and correct jetting and he was complaining about not being able to pull the next gear. he said he was pulling 4th as was I and i would simply just walk away from him. not really an even race but i dont walk away from raptors like that thats for sure.
