Both quads new....Raptor is $5095 and Z400 for $4595. Which would you guys choose. I'm just looking for a great all around quad (obviously both are). I don't PLAN on doin any extreme riding with either. Overall at these prices which would you guys go with. Thanks.

 

Man, at them prices, either one will do! It comes down to YOUR preference. Do you want awsume power or too much power? My preference would be the ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

 

Oh, forgot to ask. As a far as reliability of the transmission/engine, is either one significantly more reliable than the other. I already know about the frame problems Suzuki was having, but that's not a real concern.

 

z but wait till the new frames come out. raptor has weak clutch. z all the way man i envy you i want a z so bad

 

There both good but you point out no extreme which is easy for either.

Extra money in the pocket go for the raptor, no extra that day pick the z400

 

I would like to say, Ride Suzuki! take the z, great quad, durable, and with some mods, can beat a stock raptor. for them prices, saving 500 bucks with the z, get yourself a good pipe, and you are all set.
