Default Will the cold kill my paddles/ski's when i jump?

hey, i have got a z400 and i love riding at our track, one problem is it is covered in snow and is pretty icy. We have a snow covered track for 9 months and only three months of summer. i can't take not riding as fast around corners due to lack of traction and not having enough speed out of corners to hit the jumps. So i have been looking into skis and paddle tires. I have seen some mounted skis and paddles on people's quads and they are sweet. But it gets pretty cold up here so i am worried about things breaking. I would rather get a kit for the skis than try and rig some contraption up myself. I need to know what the strongest ski kit is and whether or not i would even be able to land hard with that. Also, from what i have heard the GBC Paddle Masters are the toughest tires. I have also heard paddles can break at harsh temps. Would they hold up if i landed on them? I am trying to avoid chains cause bad things can happen at high speeds. If you have any experiences with paddles/ski's let me know. I apprectiate it, thanx
