I think we're mostly riding raptors or kfx700's...

 

I'm shy of 6' and go 277 (down from 305 in Sep.) '03 Warrior. Get's me up the hills, over the dunes and through the tracks just fine. Just stock for now as well. New tires to come shortly.

Im not big, Im 5"6 135 pds, got a kfx400, im sure it can ride a 250lb person, this thing flies..

 

Bombardier DS650 Its the best quad out for big guys. Fastest stock quad with a great suspension. I love mine. I ride everything with it trails, dunes, mud, and love to make it fly. The engines are bulletproof and it comes set up with a suspension and extended axle and a-arms that with other quads you have to pay more for.

 

I am a good size guy myself 230lbs and I ride Polaris love the 500 Scrambler for the sport ride along with the 4x4.But if it wasnt for the 4x4 and reverse issue I would have a DS650 great quads but no reverse.

 

trust me, seriously go with the ds, bottom line

 

What type of riding are you planing on doing?

 

KFX 700, i got a buddy that weighs in at about 200 pounds, and it pulls him just fine!

 

my dad had a raptor, he's about 5'10" and 275. it moved him along awfully well. otherwise i would consider the kfx 700 or ds 650
