The Wolverine is more of a sport machine that the other choices you chose. I would go with the Wolverine is your only doing little utility work.

Wolverine,
As the owner of a 98 Yamaha Big Bear (same engine as the Wolverine) Let me suggest the HONDA... Its twice the machine with ten times the reliability. There are MANY more performance parts, Mud Kits, You name it, Highlifter has it for that machine... Buy a Honda 450, order a locker, tires, lift kit, performance kit, (ooohh.. or that new 500cc big bore kit!!!!mmmmmmmmm) and go tear up some mud!!!

The Wolverine is not that same engine as the Big Bear. The Wolverine is the same engine as a Warrior, but a few modifications. The Wolverine can really be hoped up for performance, if thats what u want. In my opinion, it also looks better

I have a Foreman es and a buddy of mine has a wolverine, and we are always challaging each other. This is what we found. The Wolverine definatly has more top end (61mph compared to 52mph) the Foreman has more ground clearence, and can make it through deeper mud than the Wolverine. (Which is wierd because according to the specs the Wolverine has almost a inch more, maybe its because of the stock 25" tires on the Honda) On long steep hill climbs the Foreman has alot more low end grunt, and as far as jumping, and stuff like that the Wolverine definately handles better. As far as pulling, or "utility work" the Foreman can do twice as much as the Wolverine. Overall your kinda comparing apples to oranges. The Foreman is bigger than the wolverine which has its good and bad points. They both have good handling properties, but in my situation I payed almost $900 less than he did for his Wolverine (He got screwed) GOOD LUCK with whatever you decide.
