Hey Guys! I just wanted to say thanks for all of the information you gave me in my previous posts.

I ended up purchasing a Wolverine Saturday! Louden Motorsports in Virginia... They were the only delearship in the area with one and worked with me on the pricing.

Started the break in on Sunday afternoon... OH YEAH! it is definitely what I was looking for...



My next quad will most likely be a Honda foreman the wifey likes the auto shifting...

Dude- what color did you get? I've been busy for the past two weeks and haven't been able to get to the dealer to order mine. What was the final cost after taxes and all? Is the quad everything you expected? I mean you aren't disapointed in any way? As you can tell I'am anxious to get one and need all the info I can get. Thanks Lowend5

 

Dude- what color did you get? - Black, it was on their showroom floor. When I called and they said they had one I was majorly suprised!

I've been busy for the past two weeks and haven't been able to get to the dealer to order mine. - This was about the same issue I was faced with... Many dealers stated that it would be Christmas before they came in and didn't really put forth the effort to get the sale. Other dealers put forth the effort but promised me by October... this is regarding a 2005. The dealership I delt with stated that they had a 2004 sitting in front of them...

I had the one dealer setting a lower price but only could promise a 2005 soon... I liked my chances with the 2004 in my hands now... plus there isn't any difference that I could see between the 2004 and 2005.

What was the final cost after taxes and all? - they let me have it for $5073 (in my truck) That is paying the title fee ($20?) and (Maryland Taxes 5%)...


Is the quad everything you expected? - Oh Yeah!

I mean you aren't disapointed in any way? - I noticed that I was in 5th gear and was trying to shift again.... oops I 'm already in 5th gear...there is no more... This is a good thing...keeps the speed down and me from killing myself...

The Wolvie is more nimble than the Foremans that I ride, but it has less power... On the trails this doesn't matter... If I was on the track I would get a racing sport quad... This one is a perfect mix...

I am looking at the Warn 424 kit to break the front traction loose to allow some more fun factor....

Good luck... It sounds like the 05 wolvies are coming in the next 5 weeks... I sure would have liked the blue.... The black is great but shows the scuff marks real bad... maybe the white would have been a better choice...
