I'm very new to the ATV scene but have my eye on the Yamaha Bear Tracker and the Honda Recon. I'm very undecided as to which one to buy at this point. They both look good to me.
Does anyone out there have an opinion on these 2 rides that may help me make a wise choice? I will be purchasing one within the next 2 weeks so any input would be appreciated.

I owned both, and still own the Recon. The Recon is faster, more agile, better suspension, better brakes, more user friendly, and just a better quad in every other catagory I could think of. I honestly don't think there is one thing the Bear Tracker has or does that the Recon can't do better. The HUGE difference is low end torque, NO COMPARISON!! The Bear Tracker has none! The Recon puts the Bear Tracker to SHAME!! Buy the Recon! You won't regret it. Jeff: 97 Recon 250,97 Lakota 300
