I can get a Kawi 650 for about $100 more than an AC 500, both with Winches installed. I'm gonna be in the woods most of the time. Mud, trails, and hunting. Sell me one way or the other.

uuuuummmm...........650 or 500. Wow, that's a toughy, I'd have to go with the 500.
Hope you caught the sarcasm in that. It's a no brainer. Kawi 650 all the way. 150 cc difference and the v-twin power. That sells it for me.

If you don't mind a few less bells and whisles, buy a Honda Foreman. Atleast you know that you'll be getting back home. The kawi V-twin is awesome, but the rest of the machine is highschool shop class build quality. Arctic-Cat wouldn't know how to make a 4-wheeler chassis if Suzuki slapped them upside the head with one.

Save yourself the time and struggle of walking out of the woods and get an 05 Foreman. It might be slower than the Kawi, and it might not have the mudding ability of the Cat, but it will get you home over, and over, and over, and over again without fail.
