Sport vs Utility

Hey Guys,
Looking for a little assistance. I've been looking for a quad for several months now, but can't seem to decide on which type. I'm new to ATV's and don't know anyone who has one. I've been sitting on the sidelines for many years dreaming of having one and now I'm ready to just do it.
Of course, bigger is better in my opinion, but the type is what is driving me nuts. I guess I have it narrowed down to two different models...Both Kawasaki. The only problem is that my dealer doesn't have a place for me to really test them out. The parking lot isn't telling me much.
The V-Force 700 or the Prairie 700.
What type of driving will I be doing? Hmmm....Mainly riding trails. I envision my wife and myself taking them out for weekend excursions, running down misc trails and just exploring. I see the sport quad as something I can spin around doing cookies, trying to ride a wheelie (never could do that with on my mountain bike) and just goofing off. Don't see myself ever using all the speed available, but the power would be good (6'2", 350 lbs).
What do you guys think?

If you want the ATV to do any work(pull a lawnmower, plow, carry supplies on the racks, used for hunting) or if you are into conquering mud holes and super technical rocky and rutted trails, get the Prairie. If you don't care for those things, then the V will suit you better. The two quads you are looking at are pretty close in spec, so the question is, do you want better handling and the ability to do powerslides/donuts/wheelies easier, or do you need the added traction and utility of the 4X4? I must confess to being a die hard sport rider. My motto is if I don't feel comfortable riding something with my 2wheel drive sport bike, then I don't want to ride a 4X through that either. On the other hand, a 4X would come in handy to break trail in the winter
