Whats better a 2001 trailblazer in exellent condition( allmost new) with a 500$ hp kit. or a 2004 honda 250ex with dg skid plates and it is in good conditin very good.

wats better for me this is gunna be my first quad?

i want to hit small jumps, go fast, trail ride, ride on back roads near my house that are dirt/ pavment. AND It has to go threw some snow , not alot but at least 6 inchs.

 

Probably the EX. The Trailblazer is heavy and slow. The EX is also slow but at least it doesn't weigh over 400 lbs.

 

The EX is a sweet machine! It has its limitations of course, but in its class it can't be beat.

so u think the ex is better? i rode the trailblazer it was very fast for a 250 b/c of the hp kit. I have not bine on the ex but i have bin on recons and i hear they have the same motor so yea.

which is a better deal the 250 ex that is a 04 and the price is 2,000$ or the trailblazer with the hp kit and in exellent condition and is 2,00$ as well.

trailblazer definetely faster and IMO the better deal

 

250ex seems kinda small to me for most adult males. How big a boy are you?

 

i m 14 going on to 15 and im 5'7 and weigh like 130

 

that trail blazers kit has High performance pipe from head back,
tighter springs on the clutch, K&N air filter.

 

Based on that I would definistely go with the EX. That Trail Blazer is 470 lbs. That is a lot of machine to throw around at your size. The EX is quite a bit smaller , lighter (only 350 lbs) and will probably be a lot more fun. You are actually the target market for that machine.
