r z400s good for wheelies

Default r z400s good for wheelies

im a skilled rider and can do good wheelies on my old mojave but they r to front heavy are z400s good for doing them or are they front heavy also

yes. but if your looking for doing wheelies then a 450r or 400es are better. 450r fronts are slightly lighter but come up a lil faster and can catch you off gaurd and cause you to land on your back. a 400ex is a very good quad to do it on. i can pop the clutch and get it streight up and ride a steady throtol down the road and the front never come down. honda when they were making the 400ex they felt that the stearing was to hard so they moved the motor back a lil and that put more weight on teh rear of the quad and less on front.

i say go 400ex for wheelies but a z400 is almost good as a 400ex for wheelies but not as good.

I do find the Z harder to wheelie than any of my other quads. Part of it may be gearing. It likes to rev more than torque, and I prefer to do power wheelies rather than the stit back and find the balance point type of wheelies.
