i am very confused on buying a new atv i am looking at the sportsman h.o,the kodiak 400,and the rubicon i will be running 26x12 outlaws on itp magnums which one would be better for hunting and trail riding?

I have an obvious bias towards the sportsman, but I would recommend you just go out and ride as many as you can. As far as just hunting and trail riding, don't rule out smaller quads. As my dealer told me, just a couple years ago, a 300 was a big quad. 90% of people who buy the bigger machines just do so to have the biggest and baddest. You may be pleasantly surprised to find a well-equipped 300 will do everything you need and then some and you can save a couple thousand dollars. Good luck.
