I love my EX and never met a person that didn't like one after riding it, but I also think the Z would be worth a couple hundred more for the reverse, liquid cooling, and the couple extra HP's. If you want to drag, you should look hard at that 660 but for trail riding I would think the 400's would be hard to beat. Sure you'll be happy with whatever you decide. They are all great quads.
