Sportsman? I think Boxcar 34 was looking to purchase a good quad, not a fixer upper right outta the crate. by the way go with the grizz, i'm not sure if your talkin 660 or 700 grizz either way go grizz but if its the 700 there should be no question the new 700 grizz has such a smooth ride, even smoother than a polaris, so all around its better.

Funniest part is that the Sportsman 800 EFI '07 beats the Grizzly in pretty much every spec except weight.

No question about this one, the Griz ALL the way. I bought and drove my new 2003 Rincon for 2 years. It was enjoyable but once I bought the new King Quad, the shortcomings on the Rincon become VERY appearant. The Rincon rides nice, but that is the ONLY thing it has over the Griz IMO. WAY overpriced and under equipped when compared to the other manufactures. >>>>>>

An old thread but I ABSOLUTELY agree with this assesement. I rode a Rincon for a year before I got my Outlander and didn't think the EBS or low gear were very important, I was greatly mistaken. The Rincon has no EBS to really speak of.

I rode my 2007 Yamaha grizzly all weekend and I would be very surprised if the King Quad had a softer suspension. The older 4wheeler we have is a 2002 Honda forman Rubicon and that thing feels like a brick going down the trail. The grizz also has a great soft seat if you want to stay seated.
