Default need 2 rider ATV with lots of power

I'm pretty much ready to buy a new machine. I really want an Outlander 800 Max XT but $10,000 just seems a bit more than I'm ready for right now. I am considering of settling for either the AC 650H1 TRV LE or the Sportsman X2. I would like to hear others experiences with these machines, including top speed, reliability, comfort, acceleration compared to other machines of the same engine size, and so on. Thanks!!

The h1650 has lots of low end power, if thats what you want. It also has great ground clearance, speedrack, and a top rated 4x4 and diff lock system

Why not get a smaller outty like the 650 or 500 hundred they all will outperform the 650 trv or X2. The biggest problem with AC is they are very unstable on a side hill and they don't have fuel injection as for the X2 would your wife like ridding in a truck bed.

And the Outty has been having frame problems, so you will have a hard choice ahead of you i guess

Why not look at the outlander 400? I test-rode one of these with my brother as a passenger for the entire length of the Rumble on the Ridge poker run in Adena, Ohio. The 400 had plenty of power to handle our 500 lbs.

I'm pretty stuck on the top speed thing. I had thought about the KQ700EFI and adding a passenger seat since I already have Suzuki credit. But it's still not a true 2 seater and won't ride like one. I put in for a price quote on the 650H1 TRV and am waiting for that, but I might go this Friday morning and buy either that if I can find one, or just go for it and get the Bomb 800 Max XT.

I like how the Cat looks cosmetically(the LE), and I know that they have great 2 rider sleds, and the setup is very similar in design. I want at least 65+mph out of a 650.

I'm in southern MN, anyone know where a 650H1 TRV is on the showroom floor? The place I price quoted was Tousley. My local dealer could get me one, but not by Friday.

All three of these (H1, X2, Outty Max) will go 65+ mph.

So it's just weak on the top end? Will get to a high top speed but takes a while?

I'm thinking the H1 TRV LE or the Bomb 800 Max XT. Anyone have prices they paid or even retail on the H1 TRV LE, didn't see it on Cats site.

Thanks! Do you know if that's retail price or adjusted? That's over $2000 less than the Bomb.
