Hi!! just wanted to thank you all for the response I got on what to buy for my daughter for Christmas. Not only did I hold out and find the right deal for her...a 1999 honda 50... I also got myself one!! Now I'm selling my street bike and getting back to the dirt!! YYYEEHHAWW!! so here comes my question... most of you will probably think I'm nuts but... the one I got is WAY too loud. (They are used by the way) The guy says he thinks the people before him drilled out the muffler, and since you guys were such a great help a few days ago I thought I could ask some of you experts what I could do to quiet this thing down?? I go pick them up tomorrow. It is a 1987 Kawasaki KDX 80. I can weld,..... yes females can weld [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] so I'm thinking maybe finding another muffler or silencer??? I dont know can you help?

 

You should be able to pick up a new silencer and install it, no welding needed! Enjoy the bikes.
