...and you MUST have yet another Polaris??? If you are into jumping, etc., there are lots of machines out there that are superb. All the 450's and even the 400 are great.....

yes I like Polaris and that outlaw 525 looks good got the in depended suspension would make for easier jumping but is these going to make it heavy like the scrambler and its a 525 so its going to be fast I got to drive a yfz 450 and that seamed much faster then the outlaw but not independent so I don't no I don't do any real trail riding with my atv its all race

dont get an outlaw if you want to race. independent rear suspension wont be any better on jumps and will corner like ****. they basicly made the outlaw for people who want to do heavier trail riding with a sport quad.

well what are you suggesting then because I don't no I looked at the ds 650 looks like it is so heavy and the tires look over size and then I looked at the trx 450 and I would have to travel far to get to a Honda dealer so its either Yamaha or Polaris.

i would get either a yfz (if you are doing exclusively racing) or a raptor (if you do trail riding as well) there is no point in getting irs for racing actually it will make it harder.

If a 400cc is enough get a z400 or a 400ex..........

Both will handle circles around your Scrambler, and both are excellent jumpers..... The z400 has a little more engine, and will shine in the open trails and on a track, and the suspension is superb for stock. Both will smoke even a typically modded 500 Scrammy....

If you are racing MX a lot, but still want an occasional trail machine, and don't need reverse, get a TRX450r or a YFZ450.

You don't want an Outlaw for MX, IRS is not going to be your friend on an MX track or for big jumps.

Tell that to Doug Eichner. He just won the pro class at rd 5 of the WORCS series on a near stock Outlaw 525 in only his 2nd race. He got 2nd on his 1st race. Other then his Evol shocks, his chassie was stock. These races have full MX tracks as part of the course. Not bad for a IRS quad.

Outlaw getting air.
