Im new to the sport atvs i need to know what size quad would be right for a 5"10, 177lb 15 yr old? Ive been riding a 650 Grizzly for the past 2yrs but now im looking into getting a sport atv, i would just like to know if i should still look for something with that big of a power house.

What kind of riding are you going to be doing???? That makes all the difference!

You are to big for the 250 class. Some fun machines in there though, like the new Raptor 250.

The 400 class is a good place to start. Both the Honda and Suzuki are excellent trail machines. Descent power, descent weight, descent prices.

The Raptor 700 has massive torque, but it is a little top heavy and I don't like its ergonomics.

Then there is the 450 class! There is a replacement for displacement! The power/weight ratio is superb on these machines.....a whopping 250 pounds lighter than the Griz you have been riding!
