Default What to buy?!?

m wanting to get another 4 wheeler. i've had two in the past. a 200 honda (rode it for like 10 years and never changed the oil once) and bought a 230 suzuki sport when i was a lil older. Now , im wanting to go riding again with my buddies but dunno what to get. im wanting a sport bike, but the idea of 4 wheel drive getting to me. my buds go on some light trails around here but everynow and then go deep in mud.

i'd like to stay around 5k new or cheaper for used. so i was thinkin:
350 raptor
450 wolverine 4x4
420 rancher 4x4

what else is out there? i am 6 ft and 140 lbs so pretty small guy.

The Yamaha Big Bear is an option but there is no question that I'd get a 420 Rancher if I had to limit my budget to 5k.

Oh. I forgot to mention the Suzuki King Quad 400 (formerly the Suzuki Eiger). This would also be worth consideration.

what type of quads do your friends drive? Sport, Utility? or something like the Wolverine? Ultimately, where you ride and who you ride with should determine what you get.

You could probably get a good deal on a used kodiak 450... (go 2005 or newer) It'll give you diff-lock, so you'll be able to go thru most everything your buddies can, and then some...
