yfz,ltr,trx 450's

I ride desert, so I chose the king of desert racing, the 450R. I think it is the best all-around 450.
For play riding (jumping and informal track riding), I like the YFZ.
If I wanted an out of the box motocrosser, I would look at the LTR.

I just got the new Atv Rider magazine and they tested the 450 class quad's. This is how they ranked them 1 Ktm 2 Susuki 3 Yamaha 4 Can-am 5 Kawasaki 6 Honda 7 Polaris not to say I would rank them this way but they did. If it were up to me I'd go Yamaha for the bike to build or the Ktm off the showroom floor ready to race!
P.S. There are big rummors of a new yfz next year poss EFI?

And...Dirt Wheels did a shootout and came up with a different order entirely! It's a fact of nature that magazine types tend to be track types, and always favor the track machines over the cross country rides. Thing is, the buying public is just the opposite, maybe 1% track and 99% cross country.
