you would have to research your state DMV website to see if any atvs are allowed. i know in some states you have to do a few things to them to make them legal, some rural states you do not have to do a thing but ride.

If you replace the whole swingarm and axle with a single rear wheel you can make it into a 3-wheeled motorcycle that you can ride it in all 50 states. Or you buy a motorcycle.
