Default 1st time buying ...

ok guys im new at this...here is my question is this a good price for a 2007 honda 450r 3900$...its got after market cam exhaust and couple other things...next is 2005 yfz 450 se and hes asking 3700$ also aftermarket exhaust and couple other things stock cam...is this pretty good price or not...i dont wanna get screwed on a deal...so any opinions let me know what u think...thanx

I am willing to bet that they have been riden hard therfore they are right there on the the verge (money wise) if it were a 400 I would say good price but knowng how most 450 are treated IMO I would say move allong and find a better deal!

that was hes asking price....if i was to buy them both for 6500 you think i can get my money out of them later on in future....

That would be a hard call yes you probobly could if in very good shape. The problem is that people buy most 450's want them for racing and therfore want the newest and greatest tech such as the new YFZ 450R but I guess if you buy them for that price then dump some more more money into them who know what will happen! well i will make up my mind by monday...i got little bit of spare money to play with...i would like to take them a part and have them repainted in my colors...thanx for your opinion dodge57hemi....

That is all it is to a opinion [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] If you do get them show us some pics. All the 450 are pretty darn good quads and are fun to ride thoe I prefer the YFZ as it is you know a Yamaha LOL [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

After seeing what people do on 450s I would get a mechanic I trust to check them out before I handed over any money on either one.
