I'm looking to buy an atv.This will be my first . I'm looking to buy "used", any suggestions on what to buy?

 

What are you going to use the atv for? How much are you budgeting? There are a lot of good machines out there, but you aren't going to be happy with a 350cc 4x4 in the dunes, and that shiny sport quad isn't going to be able to wallow in the mud pits like a big ute.

 

I think you need to be a little more specific. With a question like that, there are several hundred possible answers.

 

Definitely first decide what you want to do with it. if its trails and technical stuff, definitely go with a 4X4. If its forest roads and dunes and stuff, you're gonna want a sport quad
