I need help!!!!!1

I am getting ready to purchase an ATV, but I have no idea what type to buy. I live in central KY and we have a very varied landscape. I am looking for something that handles well and is fun to ride (jumps, low end power, top speed , etc.), but I would also like for it to be able to handle mud and slow crawls out of creek beds. I have considered the Wolverine, but I don't like the idea of not being able to disengage 4 wheel drive. I have also considered the Scrambler 4x4 but don't particularly like the idea of an automatic. Do they make a 4x4 that handles well other than these two? Would a sport bike be able to handle the slow rides in deep woods? Please help me.....I am very confused about what to buy. I weigh about 200 pounds and would like to keep the total cost around 5800.

hey man you play football??? ill see you later this year if you do!!
Any ways, i wouldnt have a scrambler, but if you want to sport ride and trails, a 300ex would be good, but ti seems liek you want to do alot fo four wheeling, i think the best type of four wheeler for your riding would prolly(sorry to say)the polaris Scrambler, they will go alot of places and they are a sport four wheeler, dont jump really well, but every thing else you said its a good four wheeler for it.

pillshovel - take a look at the Arctic Cat lineup. I have been looking around for a while too, and I keep going back to look at them. I'm looking at the 375 4x4 or the 400 4x4. Ride is great, power is great, plus the seat is very comfortable for long rides (or at least my friend said after riding all day in the Allegheny National Forest here in PA.) I have ridden his old 4x4 Suziki, and there is no comparison. The AC really rides nice, and handles well. Even his wife, who is not a big woman, said she has no problems with it. These machines will not set the world afire with speed, they're not made for that. But if you want a good 4x4 - take a look at them.
