New vs. Used

Thanks to you all for your input, I greatly appreciate it.
I went ahead and bought an '02 TrailBlazer. The reason is that I wanted something my wife would enjoy and that would get us started. The plan was to get something for the family that she would fall in love with and then work on getting something for myself. Well, the plan worked like a charm. She loves this bike and the first day out riding, she said "one is not going to be enough".
Yesterday I had my son out riding for a while and my wife stopped by on her way home from work. She was all decked out in her nice work clothes and dress shoes. She threw the helmet on and went for a spin right then and there.
Now it's time to find a smaller bike for my son and a BIG bike for Dad!!!
Can't wait until my income tax refund comes in!

TXDad, that's great! There's nothing better than riding with the family on a nice sunny afternoon. You are starting something will have lasting memories not only for you and the wife, but the kid will talk about it and remember the good times forever.
