I have a couple friends that have them. There's are about two years old and have been a lot of trouble. Now they ride hard but take very good care of them and have had electrical problems, brakes, swing arm, sprocket(front) plus you have to keep watching the chain to see if it becomes loose. Also have to keep extra plugs as they foul them.I would look at a shaft driven machine unless you just want to do easy riding and not get into mud or anything like that. Also forgot they have replaced the tie rod ends also.Maybe others have had good luck but the guys i ride with haven't.

Whats your size and age because you might want to look into something better, like a 250ex,lakota,mojave,blaster or even 300ex.

Depending on your size the HONDA or YAMAHA might be a better choice.
The Polaris Trailblazer is a very good and yes RELIABLE machine. Polaris has made improvement over the past few years. If you Maintain them they will give you little to no trouble.

In MY99 POLARIS intoduced the CONCENTRIC Drive witch helped eliminate the Chain breakabe and Sproket wear.
(You will still need to ADJUST LASH from time to time but it is easy.)
In MY01 POLARIS has put better BRAKES witch include drilled rotors, Braded Lines.
In MY01 POLARIS has put a BEARING at the lower Steering support (Steering post also thicker),Also updated there Tie rods for better life (All this improved the steering greatly)
There are lots of Grease zerts on POLARIS machines. I think 10 on the Trailblazer. IF YOU DO NOT GREASE THEM, yes your swing arm bushings,A arm bushings, Ball Joints, etc etc, will wear out premature.

Its all about maintanence.

You will probably find a lot of Trailblazers for sale USED, Even 1 or 2 years old. People quickly outgrow them and want something more powerful. A friend of mine just sold his 01 for $2500 with less than 10 hrs on it. SHOP AROUND.

The Polaris Trail Blazer is about the Cheapest FULL size ATV on the Market ($2999) And will compete very well with its compitition. One thing to keep in mind. The Polaris Machines are very heavy big machine. What that means is,they are not good bikes to JUMP.
They are However very stable and easy to ride.

Then the trailblazer will fit fine, the other question is how much do you want to spend? If you get something like a mojave or 300ex you'll have it for years of enjoyment but if you want something just for a little while you can get a trailblazer. I just think the two i named above would be the better choice.

The best thing you can do is go ride or at least sit on each bike. I am 6,1 and find that I feel cramped up on the Honda line up ( NEVER HAVE SAT ON A KAW. ), You may not find that. They are all good machines. It realy comes down to what is more comfortable for you, and Auto or Manual trans.

The Kawasaki, at least the Praire 360 and 650 have tons of room on them.

I'm 6'3" and around 225lbs (on a good day)

The seat was the MOST comfortable out of any of the quads and had TONS of room so I could have a comfortable riding position.

I have not purchased yet, but will get at least one 360 and one 650...possibly two 360s.
