Default grey electrode?

ive been trying to fine tune my carb since i put on the dial-a-jet. i just switched over to dyno jet needle and jets. i live at about 500 feet elevation. with the dail-a-jet on the middle setting and a 180dj main clip in the third position. i am running full alba exhaust with 18 discs, k+n in stock air box with 12 1" holes cut in the top. i took it out for a ride with new plugs and after an hour of riding i stopped to check the plug and the whole elcetode was gray, not white or tan but compleatly grey. is this to rich or lean? should i try a 175dj?

Default grey electrode?

Normal: Grey to Light Golden-Brown Color
This condition is ideal, the spark plug and engine air/fuel mixture are operating properly.
