Outlander steering

Outlander steering
I own an Outlander 400 4x4. Last weekend on a tour I had a chance to try a Quest 650 of one of the guys. The steering on the quest was surprisingly much easier and quicker than on my Outlander. Both have the same front differential. What makes the difference or do I have a problem on my vehicle.
